SWi12/14TM Innovative mechanical flange spreading wedge

6.0MM – 103.5MM ACCESS GAP

A simple solution to mechanically spread flange joints with a minimum access gap of 6.0mm (0.25″). The SWi12/14TM Innovative Mechanical Flange Spreading Wedge provides a 30% higher spreading capacity to the SW9TM. The tool is smaller, lighter and narrower than the SW9TM. It features a swivel handle, no finger pinch-points and safety lanyard as standard.

MG7TM Mini-gap flange spreader

2.0MM – 27.0MM ACCESS GAP

For use on smaller, lower pressure flange joints with a minimum access gap of 2.0mm (0.08″). For use on smaller, lower pressure flange joints with a minimum access gap of 2.0mm (0.08″). The tool will provide 6.8T (68kN) of spreading force.
